John Skovbroten, PMP - Fissure

The Advanced Project Management Simulation workshop is an intense experience in learning and practicing today's more sophisticated project management skills. In this 2 day workshop participants learn, through some lecture and an extensive computer simulation, advanced project management concepts like individual and team motivation, leadership, earned value, and stakeholder relationship management. These concepts are practiced and integrated into a real-life learning experience as the participants manage a 22 week project compressed into two days time. Participants use the project simulator to manage the technical (planning, controlling and executing) dimensions and lead the human side of a complex business project from start to finish.
